We’re Susana and Diogo, a Spanish and Portuguese couple now living in Perth, Australia. But our story didn’t start here.

We met years ago in Thailand, when we were randomly paired as diving buddies on the island of Koh Tao. What started as a simple dive quickly turned into something much bigger. From that day on, we’ve been almost inseparable.

One small detail from those days always makes us smile: on the island, Susana would always order a fresh mango juice, while Diogo never missed his coconut. Those little tropical rituals stayed with us, and years later they inspired the name of our brand — Mangococo.

We’ve always been huge animal lovers, and one of our dreams is to have a Golden Retriever of our own in the not-so-distant future. Diogo has also been a surfer since he was young, and that connection with the ocean and the laid-back surf lifestyle inspired the logo and the spirit behind the brand.

Mangococo is more than just a name. It’s a reflection of who we are as a couple, our travels, our story, and the love that started the moment two strangers met on a remote island.

Through our designs, we want to share that same tropical, adventurous, good-vibes energy. Our goal is for Australian dogs to wear pieces that carry the spirit of Mangococo, a brand born from sunshine, the ocean, and a love story that began with a mango juice and a coconut.
